Delivery
Please allow 7-15 days for delivery in the
continental United States. This is not a guarantee but a strong
expectation. Chick Closet will provide you with the best online

Some orders may ship
from multiple locations depending on which warehouse it is in stock.
We do not ship on the weekends and certain major Holidays. Tracking
numbers may not be provided for orders shipped via international
shipping.

We respect our customer’s needs for discretion.
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain envelope or box. The
return address labels simply “CC” along with our address.

$75 or more!
All shipments are sent via USPS 1st
class, Priority mail, Fedex Express, or UPS Express charged $8 for orders under $75.

Backorders
While we try to maintain a high inventory level
on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style,
color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail
you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait
for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that
part of the order for a refund.
We inventory most all of our items. If the item
is listed on the site, it means that it is most likely in stock. We
fill most of orders within 48 business hours. Every item comes
carefully hand packaged in discreet wrappings.
